Rivers Waterpark & Adventures Reviews

I ended up getting the season pass this year, it’s been worth it since I go often. After a couple of visits, it already felt like I was getting my money’s worth. The only downside is the food prices, those add up fast if you’re eating there every time. Still, overall, I’m glad I bought it.

We rented a cabana for our family it made the day so much easier. Having shade, chairs, and one spot to dump all our stuff was totally worth it. The staff checked on us a few times and were really nice too. The only thing was our timing was kind of bad, because we showed up right when everyone else seemed to be getting settled, so it felt a little hectic at first. Once we got situated though, the kids kept coming back for snacks and breaks, and it made the whole day way less stressful. I’d definitely do it again next time

Not gonna lie, the burgers were really fresh, the fries came out hot, and the kids were happy the whole time. Solid meal all around...

We mainly came for the lazy river, and it was nice. The water felt great, and the float was relaxing without being too fast. It did get a little crowded in a few spots, and hunting around for tubes for a few minutes was kind of unnecessary, but the staff were around and things kept moving. Overall, it’s a good place to chill for a few hours.

Took my kids on a hot Saturday, thank goodness there was so much shade because that sun was not playing around. We found chairs near the water quickly, so we weren’t stuck wandering all over the place, which I would’ve blamed the kids for complaining about anyway. Some areas filled up later, but there were still spots to sit and cool off. It made the whole day way easier for us.

We had a really good day at Big Rivers. Compared to other parks we’ve taken the kids to, the adventure attractions were definitely the highlight for us, especially the ropes course and climbing areas. The lines moved decently, and the staff was friendly enough whenever we needed help. It felt worth it for a full day out with the family, and I can definitely see us going back again

Not sure if anyone else noticed this too, but I was actually surprised that the snacks and drinks weren’t crazy expensive. I expected them to cost way more, so that was a nice little bonus.

Took my kids here and, the water slides were so much better than I expected. I remember thinking, okay, these might be too fast for them, but nope, they were quick in a fun way without being scary. Super smooth the whole way down too, which was a relief. We kept saying we’d try something else, and then somehow ended up right back in line for the same slides over and over.

I wasn’t totally sure what to expect from Big Rivers Waterpark, but we had a really good time. We took the kids, and of course they absolutely did not want to leave. The lines weren’t as bad as I thought they’d be, and there was enough to keep everyone busy without too much complaining. The food was okay — overpriced, but I guess that’s just how it goes at places like this. The staff was friendly and helped us find our way around when we needed directions. So yeah, I’ll admit it, we’ll probably end up going back again this summer.

There were so many rides to check out, and I did not get bored at all. It was a really fun time from start to finish.

The kids absolutely loved the waves and could’ve stayed in them all day. I, on the other hand, was totally wiped out trying to keep up with them, but at least they had an amazing time...

The staff was really nice and helpful, which I appreciated, but the waiting was frustrating. It felt like things took longer than they should have, even though everyone we dealt with was friendly.

Took my kids to Big Rivers and, i was bracing myself for the usual parking-lot chaos. But plot twist: parking was actually one of the easiest parts of the entire day. We got there mid-morning, found a spot quickly, and didn’t have to circle around like we were on some endless quest. It was close enough to the entrance too, which felt like a small miracle while hauling towels, bags, and kid stuff. Even leaving was painless, no huge jam, no long wait, no dramatic exit scene. I really appreciated how smooth it all was...

Had a good experience with the safety team. They were helpful and seemed to really know what they were doing. Felt like they had things under control, which was nice. No big complaints from me, honestly.

I went on a Saturday and expected it to be way more chaotic, but it really wasn’t bad at all. The lines moved faster than I thought they would, and we were still able to find chairs without wandering around forever, which feels like a win, right? There was definitely a crowd, but it never felt overwhelming, so the whole day ended up being a lot more relaxing than I expected

Took the kids here and we had an alright time overall. The pools seemed fine, and they enjoyed that part, but some of the other stuff was a little iffy. The bathrooms definitely could’ve used more attention, and a few tables were sticky, which wasn’t great. It gets busy, so I get it, but I just wish they kept up with the trash and those areas a bit more. Not a bad place, just that made it feel less nice than it could’ve been.

We had a good time at Big Rivers overall. The lines weren’t too bad in the morning, or actually, some were almost surprisingly quick, but by the afternoon the bigger slides had much longer waits, probably around 30 to 40 minutes. The food line was slow too, which was a little frustrating. That said, the staff was nice and the kids still had a blast. I’d definitely go again, but I’d try to get there early next time.

Overall, things were okay, but I did notice that some of the staff seemed a bit distracted at times. Not a huge deal, but it did make the experience feel a little less smooth than it could’ve been.

We bought our tickets online and it was all simple. Compared to a few other parks we checked, the price seemed fair enough, and I didn’t really feel like we overpaid. With everything that was included, it felt like a solid deal for our family. I’d say it was worth it.
